I spent two decades on the vendor side of radiation oncology. Varian, Mevion, ViewRay, GE HealthCare. I ran the deals, built the teams, and sat in the rooms where capital decisions got made. $155M in strategic partnerships at ViewRay. $177M in sales growth at GE. I built GEMINI-RT, the GE-Mayo Clinic AI collaboration.

Today I run Medsolve Dynamics, an oncology consulting firm built for programs navigating margin compression, capital decisions they can't take back, and technology promises that don't match the workflow. I also take on executive-level work: board advisory, interim commercial leadership, and turnarounds in oncology and MedTech.
